Our coffee

Roasted in Manchester, made for you

Our coffee is roasted by Mancoco, a small Manchester roastery that shares our obsession with getting the details right. From bean selection through to roast profile, every batch is handled with the same care we'd want in our own cup, so what lands on your doorstep has been through hands that know exactly what they're doing.

Got a question about our coffee, deliveries or subscriptions? You're probably not the first, bru.

We've answered the questions we hear most often below. If you still need a hand, get in touch with our team and we'll be happy to help.

Our Coffee

What is No Worries Bru?

No Worries Bru is an independent coffee company brewed with love in Manchester. We're here to make proper coffee feel simple, approachable and enjoyable—wherever the day takes you. Good coffee. Great people. No fuss.

What makes No Worries Bru coffee different?

We believe great coffee doesn't need to be complicated. Our range is created for people who want quality, flavour and consistency without the confusing language or unnecessary fuss. Whether you're brewing your first cup of the morning, making coffee at work or winding down with a decaf, we want every cup to feel like an easy win.

Where is your coffee roasted?

Our coffee is freshly roasted by our specialist roasting partner before being prepared and sent to you. Check the individual product page for more information about each coffee's origin, roast and flavour profile.

Do you sell whole beans and ground coffee?

The available options are shown on each individual product page. Depending on the coffee, you may be able to choose between whole beans and different grind options to suit your preferred brewing method. Make sure you select the correct option before completing your order.

Which grind should I choose?

The right grind depends on how you make your coffee:

  • Whole bean: Best when using a grinder at home.
  • Espresso: Suitable for espresso machines.
  • Moka pot: For stovetop coffee makers.
  • Filter: Suitable for pour-over and filter machines.
  • Cafetière: A coarser grind for French press brewing.

For the freshest possible cup, we recommend ordering whole beans and grinding them just before brewing.

How should I store my coffee?

Keep your coffee sealed in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, heat and moisture. You don't need to store it in the fridge. Instead, squeeze excess air from the bag, reseal it properly and keep it in a cupboard. For the best flavour, enjoy your coffee as fresh as possible after opening.

How much coffee should I use?

A good starting point is approximately 15–18 grams of coffee for every 250 ml of water. You can adjust this depending on how strong you like your coffee. There's no wrong answer here, bru—experiment until you find your perfect cup.

Do you offer decaf coffee?

Yes. Our Nightwatchman Decaf is made for people who want a proper cup of coffee without the usual caffeine hit. It's ideal for evenings, anyone reducing their caffeine intake or coffee drinkers who simply prefer decaf.

Is decaf completely caffeine-free?

Decaffeinated coffee still contains a very small amount of naturally occurring caffeine. However, it contains significantly less caffeine than regular coffee. Anyone who has been advised to avoid caffeine completely should speak to an appropriate medical professional before drinking decaf coffee.

Ordering

How do I place an order?

Choose your coffee, select the size and grind option you need, and add it to your bag. When you're ready, head to the checkout and enter your delivery and payment details. You'll receive an order confirmation by email once your order has been placed successfully.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We begin preparing orders as quickly as possible, so please contact us immediately if you need to make a change. We'll always do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or cancelled once it has entered the fulfilment process.

I entered the wrong delivery address. What should I do?

Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and the correct address. If your order hasn't been dispatched, we may be able to update it. Once an order has been handed to the courier, we may be unable to redirect it. Customers are responsible for checking that their delivery information is correct before submitting an order.

I haven't received an order confirmation. What should I do?

First, check your spam or junk folder and make sure the email address entered at checkout was correct. If you still can't find your confirmation, contact us with your name, delivery postcode and any payment reference you have. We'll check whether your order was received successfully.

Delivery

Where do you deliver?

We currently deliver throughout the United Kingdom. The available delivery options and charges will be shown at checkout.

Do you offer free delivery?

Yes. We offer free UK delivery on orders over £40. Orders below the free-delivery threshold will be charged at the rate shown during checkout.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are prepared and dispatched as quickly as possible. Your estimated delivery options will be displayed during checkout, and you'll receive a dispatch notification once your order is on its way. Delivery times can occasionally be affected by weekends, bank holidays, severe weather or courier delays.

Can I track my order?

Where tracking is available, you'll receive the relevant tracking information by email after your order has been dispatched. Please allow a little time for the courier's tracking page to update after receiving your dispatch notification.

What happens if my order is delayed?

Check your tracking information first, as it may contain an updated delivery estimate. If your tracking hasn't updated for several working days or the estimated delivery date has passed, contact us with your order number and we'll investigate it with the courier.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

We're sorry if your order hasn't arrived as it should. Take clear photographs of the packaging and damaged items, then contact us as soon as possible with your order number. Please keep the original packaging until our team has reviewed the issue.

What happens if part of my order is missing?

Contact us with your order number and details of the missing item. Including a photograph of everything received can help us resolve the issue more quickly. We'll check the order and arrange the appropriate next step.

Subscriptions

How do coffee subscriptions work?

A subscription automatically sends your chosen coffee at the delivery frequency selected when ordering. It's an easy way to keep your coffee cupboard stocked without needing to place a new order every time you're running low.

Can I change my subscription?

Yes. You can manage your subscription through the subscription account area on our website. Depending on your subscription settings, you may be able to change your coffee, adjust the quantity, update your delivery schedule or edit your payment and delivery details.

Can I skip a subscription delivery?

Yes. Log in to your subscription account and select the option to skip your upcoming delivery. Make sure you make the change before the next order has been processed. Once an order has been created or dispatched, it may be too late to skip that delivery.

Can I pause or cancel my subscription?

Yes. You can manage, pause or cancel your subscription through your online subscription account. Any changes should be made before your next scheduled order is processed. Cancelling a subscription will stop future orders but won't automatically cancel an order that has already been processed.

What happens if my subscription payment fails?

If a payment is unsuccessful, the system may automatically try the payment again. Check that your payment details are correct and that the payment method has not expired. If you continue experiencing problems, contact us and we'll help you review your subscription.

Returns and Refunds

Can I return my coffee?

Because coffee is a consumable product, we're generally unable to accept returns simply because you've changed your mind or selected the wrong grind. However, if your order is incorrect, damaged or faulty, contact us as soon as possible. We'll review the situation and work with you to find the appropriate solution. This does not affect your statutory rights.

When will I receive my refund?

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Once issued, your bank or payment provider may take several working days to display the funds in your account. Processing times are controlled by the payment provider and can vary.

Workplace Coffee and Equipment

Do you provide coffee for workplaces?

Yes. We work with businesses that want to provide consistently good coffee for their employees, customers or guests. Whether you're ordering for a small office or a larger workplace, get in touch and tell us what you need. We can help you explore a suitable coffee setup.

Do you sell coffee equipment?

Yes. Available equipment can be found in the equipment section of our website. Product availability may change, so check the individual listing for the latest information, specifications and usage guidance.

Can you help me choose the right coffee or equipment?

Of course. Tell us how you currently make your coffee, how many people you're serving and what kind of flavours you enjoy. We'll point you towards the coffee, grind or equipment that best suits your setup—no confusing coffee lecture required.

Still Need a Hand?

No worries, bru. Send us a message through our contact page and include as much information as possible. For order-related questions, remember to include your order number so we can help you more quickly.
